While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

We make no guarantees regarding exact delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier (e.g., USPS).

Order Processing
All Vino Needle™ orders are hand-packed and fulfilled by our small team.
Processing time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment.
If we’re temporarily out of town or experiencing high demand, processing may take up to 10–14 business days.
Customers will be notified by email if fulfillment will be delayed beyond this window.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and order size.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Only
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and may vary depending on location, weather, or postal service conditions.

Shipping Rates

$4.99 Flat Rate for single-item orders within the U.S but can vary.

Multi-item orders: shipping costs increase incrementally based on weight and package size.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Brooke LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to correct an address after purchase, email brooke@brookedominiak.com within 12 hours of ordering.
What to include in the Shipping Policy
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:

Contact brooke@brookedominiak.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Include your order number and tracking details.
We’ll assist in filing a claim with USPS and, when possible, issue a replacement or refund.
Please note: USPS requires 7–14 business days to investigate lost or delayed packages.

Out-of-Town or Temporary Fulfillment Holds
As a small business, all orders are managed directly by Brooke.
If we are away (for travel, events, or holidays), order fulfillment may be paused temporarily.
A notice will be posted on our website or emailed to customers if delays exceed normal processing times.

Holiday or Peak-Season Delays
During holidays, high-demand seasons, or postal disruptions, shipping may take longer.
We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
