Refund & Return Policy – The Basics

At Vino Needle™, every order is hand-packed and inspected before shipping. Because of the nature of our products and to maintain safety and quality control, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect address, or customer error.
Refunds will only be issued if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for review:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • The product must be unused and include original packaging if a return is approved.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a refund or replacement based on the condition reported and photo evidence.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–20 business days after confirmation.

Unauthorized or late claims (beyond 7 days) will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products and inspect every order before it ships.

If your Vino Needle™ or Cork Pops opener arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brookedominiak7@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a short video showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed, Brooke LLC will determine if the issue qualifies for a refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer replacements or exchanges.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item, including cases of damage or defect.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brooke LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.

Brooke LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund request that does not meet the requirements listed above.
All refund decisions are final once the claim has been reviewed.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
